Investment Banking Experience
Over his 11 year career as an investment banker and principal investor, Mr. Walsh has assisted owners of middle market private firms and executives and directors of public companies in marketing, structuring and executing company sales, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, financings and public offerings. Mr. Walsh is a licensed Registered Representative.
His career includes experience with Wall Street investment banks and boutiques and family investment offices: Fieldstone Inc., Growth Capital Partners, L.P., King Capital Partners, and Imperial Private Equity, Inc.
Mr. Walsh is active in a number of charitable organizations; including current Chairman of the Dallas chapter of Young Texans Against Cancer, Board Member of Leadership in Action and having served on the Executive Committee of the Greer Garson Gala.
